About Us

Jessalyn is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with over 15 years experience in operations, human resources, project planning and management and has a Bachelors of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University.

Jessalyn began her career during college in retail and sales where she held several positions at Best Buy and the Hershey Company in customer service, sales, management, operations and human resources. In 2013 Jessalyn started at Feinberg Consulting where she entered the company as an Administrative Assistant and quickly moved into a leadership role in operations and human resources. The most recent position held was in the role of Executive Vice President where she managed all aspects of operations, human resources and all major projects within the company. 

Jessalyn’s passion for managing projects within the company at Feinberg Consulting led her to start Seramur Solutions. This switch has enabled her to focus on the projects that she loves and to utilize her skills and abilities with a unique perspective.  

Outside of work, Jessalyn is grateful for her husband and two daughters who light up her life. Family past-times include walks, bike rides, having dance parties, and playing games together. She also loves being in nature and staying active – hiking, camping, swimming, and yoga are some of her favorite activities.

Employee Benefits

Recommended and implemented improvements to employee benefit plans including: Paid Time Off, Disability Insurance, Retirement plans, Dental and Vision.

IT Migration

Managed migration from physical server to Office 365 cloud based services including email, complex file structure (SharePoint) and video conference/team collaboration.

Joint Commission Accreditation

Implemented plan and successfully achieved Joint Commission Accreditation with extremely high marks from the Surveyors for first accreditation and subsequently managed ongoing compliance.

Policy & Procedures

Updated and created new Policy and Procedure manual and Job Descriptions for entire organization in collaboration with company leadership to adhere to Joint Commission standards.

Vendor Management

Implemented several improvements to proprietary software by acting as liaison between outside vendor and company leadership and managed several outside vendor relationships to improve and maintain company technology needs.
